
Coronavirus (COVID-19) update
The COVID-19 situation is causing increased concern within the Mornington Peninsula community and Fiona is monitoring changes as they occur.
Please be assured that Fiona and staff adhere to all recommendations released by Federal and State Governments including social distancing.
Coronavirus can cause:
Workplace stress
Financial anxiety
Depression
Isolation
Please contact us before your scheduled appointment if:
you are unwell with cold or flu like symptoms
Transition to Telehealth.
All clients will have access to psychology sessions under the Better Access initiative. Sessions will be conducted with Fiona online by request to avoid further spread of the COVID-19 virus.
Telehealth uses one-on-one videoconferencing so that you may receive psychological counselling from the comfort and safety of your own home. Fiona uses Zoom which is free to download and easy to use. Please contact by phone or email to discuss further.
Privacy and Confidentiality.
All consultations conducted via Telehealth are confidential. Any documentation or written information taken during your session will be stored on your file as per usual face to face sessions.
